RETURN POLICY

UK customers have 14 days to return items from the date of purchase, International customers have 28 days.

Simply repackage your unworn items, making sure all merchandise is returned in original condition. This means free from defects, makeup and deodorant stains. All original tags must be attached and intact.

Please fill out the returns form below, making sure to include your order reference number to enable us to identify your purchase and process your return details as soon as possible.

We highly recommend returning your items via a recorded service, such as Royal Mail if based within the UK or a courier service that provides full tracking if based outside the EU.

We unfortunately can't be held responsible for any items that do not reach us or those lost in transit. Therefore always make sure to ask for a receipt or proof of postage when returning items.


We move fast, with new items dropping weekly on our site, we cannot guarantee the item(s) you want to exchange will still be in stock. Therefore, we are unable to exchange products.

You can simply return your item to us and place a new order to receive your preferred item.  


Unfortunately, we don’t refund shipping cost at present


A confirmation email will be sent to you once your returned goods have been received.

Will then issue a full refund, this can take anywhere between 7-14 working days depending on your banking provider.

All refunds will be processed back to your original method of payment.

Please note during the festive months there may be a longer processing time for refunds. Will always endeavour to work as quickly as possible.
